His blood secures a new Covenant with God

6. 15 See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction. 16 For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, and to keep his commands, decrees and laws; then you will live and increase, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess.

We access it through trust in Jesus, and not through keeping any law
You can be forgiven and start fresh with His power to obey

12. Invite to Join Him
Jesus requests that we “do this”, lay our own lives down in remembrance of him
There is no room for pride around the table
We need to think of the needs of those around us before our own

13. The Invitation To eat, and partake in the true Passover lamb
To a new deal, where forgiveness and true change is possible
To join Him, to follow him along the path of self-sacrificial love
