Slave Revolts Due to mistreatment, slaves attempted several slave revolts After the Haitian Revolution which was led by slaves, many slaves in the United States were inspired to do the same thing.

Slave Narrative Write a 1 page journal entry as if you were a slave in the American South. Be sure to include details about yourself such as what your name is, where you are from, where you are located now, etc. Also, remember, it’s a journal entry so its entirely an expression of emotion. Put yourselves in the shoes of a slave. What do you think he would say?
