Our Aims To provide the sport of football to children of all ages and abilities in a safe and friendly environment at an affordable price. To deliver age appropriate coaching to support long term player development. To encourage all players to try their best and support them in making the most of their abilities. To promote good behaviour and respect for others. To offer a challenging but supportive environment where children can learn from their mistakes without undue pressure and anxiety.

8 Winning in the Foundation Phase
All players receive equal playing time Improvement as individuals and as a team Providing enjoyment for all involved Retain existing teams and players

9 Winning in the Youth Development Phase
Continuation of individual and team improvement Teams playing style replicates the ambition of the club Teams are competitive in their leagues Retain all existing players

11 Our methods We focus on Enjoyment and Fun
We operate an EQUAL playing time policy FOR ALL We provide fully trained and qualified coaches, who deliver age appropriate sessions We train together as an age group to widen the social aspects and aid player development We rotate playing squads within the age group to increase social activity We cap playing squad sizes dependant on game format to increase playing time in matches We treat goalkeeping as a specialist position, minimising rotation where possible We rotate playing positions in blocks to aide player development We form mixed ability playing squads during the foundation phase (U7 to U12) Ability is considered when forming playing squads during the youth development phase (U13 to U18)
