MIND THE DOOR 2011 - 4 th August Mark Duggan killed by police in Tottenham 47 hours later and his family had still not been informed by the police. Police failure to act according to Macpherson recommendations leads to Race Riot in Tottenham spilling over into Civil unrest across England (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds Sheffield etc) November 2011 Still no investigation into the role of the police in the death of Mark Duggan but the Coalition Government isvery concerned about gangs in our inner cities. 05/11/201116Terry Mortimer
