5. How does it work?
1. Click through the booking form or give us a quick call
Lawyers go to the booking form and request paralegals in real time based on filters. For example if a lawyer requires 5 x French speaking paralegals with a training contract, they can search and request them at the click of a button.
2. We notify paralegals We search our database and
send out text
notifications and s to
paralegals who match the
specification. The law student
can accept or reject the role if they are
not available.
3. You review booked paralegals We provide a proposal to the lawyer of the selected paralegals to review and choose a preference. You get to watch a video of the candidate and pick a preference. We will ask for feedback after the work has been completed.

9. Case Study: Harcus Sinclair
A partner at Harcus Sinclair called F-LEX on a Sunday evening and asked if we had 4 paralegals who could urgently assist with their disclosure exercise. They wanted 4 paralegals the next morning and they only wanted paralegals with a training contract. We pushed out the request to our pre-validated paralegals and 4 responded to accept the work within an hour.
