State Tracker Program Feedback
State Tracker program – launched in Fall 2013. July 2016 – Sought feedback from State Trackers. 32 respondents = 30% response rate Goal: Determine satisfaction level with program. Goal: Identify improvements in anticipation of the 2017 legislative session. Goal: Gauge interest of current State Trackers in the continuation of duties in 2017, as well as the need to recruit new State Trackers.

Summary of Feedback Checking Reports: 40% are doing it daily, while most check intermittently. Monthly calls: 21% participate every month, while most do it 1-3 times per session (6 calls held each year). Time Commitment: 75% are fine with the commitment. 25% are not. Relevance of bills: 50% are satisfied. 50% are not. Top Issue: Scope of Practice – 80% of responses. Memberships: 88% are members of their State OTO Society, while 66% are members of their State Medical Society. Satisfaction: 94% are satisfied or very satisfied with the program. Only 2 people gave the program a low grade. 2017 Service: 40% are likely to track next year. 26% are unsure. 34% will not likely continue to serve.
