2. Using the visual guide
This guide contains animated sequences that are best viewed in Slide Show view.
To begin a slide show, on the Slide Show tab, in the Start Slide Show group, click From Beginning.
You can also press F5 to begin the slide show.

3. Before you begin
Contact your SharePoint site administrator if you have any questions.
Make sure that you have SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise Client Access License (ECAL) and that Visio Graphic Services have been deployed.
Enable Visio Graphic Services on the SharePoint site where you want to publish the Visio web drawing. If you do not have Visio Services enabled, refer to the appendices.

5. Save the Visio drawing as a .vdw file
In Visio, click File, and then click Save & Send.

6. Save the Visio drawing as a .vdw file
Under Save & Send, click Save to SharePoint.

7. Save the Visio drawing as a .vdw file
Under File Types, click Web Drawing (*.vdw), and then click Save As.

8. Save the Visio drawing as a .vdw file
In the Save As dialog box, …
select the SharePoint site, ...
enter a file name for the web drawing, …
and then click Save.

9. View the drawing on the SharePoint site
On the SharePoint site, point to the Web drawing, click the arrow that appears, and then click View in Web Browser.

10. View the drawing on the SharePoint site
Zoom in/out
Refresh the data in the drawing (if the drawing has data)
Show the shape information pane
Open the drawing in Visio to edit
Select other pages of the drawing
Close the web drawing

11. View the drawing on the SharePoint site
To view shape data:
Open the shape information pane.
Select the shape.

13. Enable Visio Services on SharePoint Server 2010
On the SharePoint site, click Site Actions, and then click Site Settings. Note: You must have Site Administrator [Full Control] privileges in order to enable Visio Graphic Services.

14. Enable Visio Services on SharePoint Server 2010
On the Site Settings page, under Site Collection Administration, click Site Collection Features.

15. Enable Visio Services on SharePoint Server 2010
On the Site Collection Administration page, scroll to SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection features, and then click Activate.
