1 Soarian Clinicals Pain Documentation Update – Numeric scale 10/18/17
“Numeric” as been added as a selection to the Pain Rating field on the Pain FS, the Sedation FS and the OB Labor FS. To access the pain scales the policy link has been added to the form for reference. The Pain Asmt chapter on the Admission Hx, TCI Admission Addendum and the OB Admission has been updated. “Stated Numeric/Wong Baker Score” has been added in place of “Stated Wong Baker Score”. The Wong Baker Faces picture has been removed from the form and the Pain policy link has been added with instructions to view the available pain scales within the policy (see above).
