Decide bail / remand while waiting to go to the crown. Plea and directions hearing (same as…) Duty solicitor Remand or bail. Conditional / unconditional Guilty Mags formally send case to the crown court for sentencing. Crown court decide bail (C / UN) / remind the defendant of legal aid before trial. Trial Guilty: Sentence Not Guilty: Acquitted
