Even people with a high level of confidence and capability cannot continue forever without support. Machiko Kamiyama – Yamagata University/Care Miyagi Yes we talk about self-care, but where is the space for and accountability for social, community and organisational role and responsibility in this? Joe Samalin, Disaster Distress Hotline What you end up with is this endless parade of tough people that burn out.
