There is a fully inclusive self-assessment process, which includes the views of all stakeholders, and regular reviews of the Quality Improvement Plan which is used very effectively to drive the improvements forward. Staff are particularly clear about the organisation’s future challenges and continue to be actively involved and initiating and managing quality improvements. Central has strong focus on improving success rates and timely achievement and continue to make significant improvements in success rates at 10pp improvement on Success rates for the recently introduced ICT provision are very high at 89%.
