A brochure produced by the Justice Department to all households with children; "Can you raise children without being smitten and dull?" The brochure was translated into several other languages.
Parents were offered counsel and support for child support without violence.

The milk packages were used to spread knowledge and stimulate family discussions.
Save the Children and BRIS (Children's Rights in Society) actively participated in work through campaigns, posters and debates.
