What is obesity?? The term obesity is used to describe a person who is higher than their actual weight range.

What are the causes of obesity?
So the causes of obesity is a combination of states and risk factors that work together to store more fat in our bodies, and these factors include: Diets Some bad eating habits like high calories diets especially at night or skipping a healthy breakfast and replace it by junk food, all of that increase the body fat.

Lack of exercise: Lack of exercise is a huge reason for obesity
Lack of exercise: Lack of exercise is a huge reason for obesity. We have simply become lazy. One of our new favorite pastimes is sitting in front of the television. It is absolutely not enough exercise to keep us healthy. We need to Spend some time outside, get out and enjoy all of the outside activities available where you live. With these easy changes, obesity will most definitely begin to drop. Stress: stress can be a leading factor to gain weight. Many people have many things to stress over in their lives, including money, family, health, and their homes. All of these cause lots of stress, which can lead to be overweight.

FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. Fast food chains on every block. Unhealthy food is much less expensive then the healthy food we should be eating. Another problem is fast food restaurant’s prices. Their dollar menus and meals attract people to restaurant and want them keep coming back. Sometime people need a quick and carry meal that’s where fast food comes in. But there are people who continually eat at these restaurants and that is when it begins to get unhealthy.

What are the complication of obesity?
If you are obese, you are at risk to have one or more of a great numbers of obesity health problems, including: 1.) Type 2 Diabetes 2.) High Blood Pressure 3.) Stroke 4.) High Cholesterol 5.) cancer 6.) Depression 7.) Sleep Apnea (dangerous sleep disorder in which breathing repeadetely stops and starts).

Treatment. To sum up, it is clear that main causes of obesity are unhealthy eating and not enough physical activities. This ailment can be prevented and treated by healthy eating habits and physical exercise. . Living a healthier life and leading others to do the same will decrease the amount of health related illnesses that have to do with obesity. Lets change the trend of obesity by living healthy lives.
