Not a retention review
Faculty member’s material is sent forward to the college Tenure and Promotion committee
Committee is to provide input regarding the faculty member’s progress toward tenure

Guiding Documents – “…a file on her or his cumulative performance, reflecting her or his degree of progress in satisfying the requirements for tenure…” (UT 2015 MFE)
Faculty Activity Reports; Teaching Evaluations; Annual Retention Reports; Publications; Teaching Materials; Work in Progress; Service; Other Materials as Requested or Desired
