Physical Design Establish clear boundaries so that children know where the center begins/ends. Make sure that all children are visible to adults and that adults are visible to children. Have enough centers for the number of children in your care, and enough materials within each learning centers.
19
Consider the size and location of each center (separate noisy/quiet and wet/dry centers).
Use creative ways to limit the number of children in each center. Organize materials and keep them in appropriate places. Have centers organized and ready to go when children arrive. Keep learning centers engaging by providing new experiences and materials.
