While searching on the Internet I saw a video which looks very much like our school video that we made for the purposes of the e-board! Do you think that this could be a theft?

Step by step Check Are there any video recordings belonging to you which have been used in that video? If yes, are there information about their source? If yes, have you given your consent? Are there any photos belonging to you which have been used in that video? Is the music similar to your music? Are there information about the author of the music? Is the scenario similar to your scenario? Is the scenario same as your scenario?
