- enable local whole systems co-production - create workforce development plans which use all available resources - facilitate cross-sector organisational change, collaborative leadership and joint capacity planning - use integrated service and learning management systems - use planning tools like ‘Six Steps Model’ Person Centred Outcomes Strategic Commissioning Plans

Workforce Development - shared core values and skills - integrated recruitment, selection, induction - integrated learning & development - cross-sector practice learning - priority of frontline worker; knowledge into practice; baseline competence - health and social care as a career with a career pathway for all Competent, valued and resourced workforce

Engage our sectors meaningfully in commissioning and planning processes Our sectors have responsibilities to actively pursue engagement Take practical steps to ensure joint learning & development and collaborative leadership Navigate the organisational and institutional barriers by focussing on the goal of person centred outcomes
