We will read works (fiction & non-fiction) that show other’s journeys through life and the lessons that they learned.
While reading these works, you will create works about your own journeys and research others.
In addition, you will become a stronger reader, writer, communicator, speller, and more!

6. Details: Academic Honesty: 1 Day Late, -25%
Students are expected to do their own work. Country Day School strives to provide an environment which encourages honesty and integrity.
2 Days Late, -40%
3 - 7 Days Late, -50%
Work will not be accepted for a grade if it is more than 7 days late. 
Late Work Policy: 
Homework is always  checked or submitted at the beginning of the class period. If it is submitted after ‘last call’ then it is considered one day late. 
If you turn work in late because you missed class and did not have a doctors note or you simply did not do it on time, the policy is outlined below:
