Who are we?

A user led advice, guidance and information service for anyone who has a need relating to age, disability or caring responsibilities We officially started offering services in July 2011 after a year of consulting with people in Nottingham to find out what they wanted and needed.

Welfare Rights Service
Welfare Rights Advice Delivering advice, form filling, support with appeals and attending tribunals.

Volunteer service Volunteer Co-ordinator
supporting disabled people to volunteer and helping local communities with a variety of tasks such as light cleaning, DIY tasks, peer support and shopping.

Information Information service – provides information for any enquiry they receive or points the client to someone who can answer their question. The information service also creates user forums for different aspects of living with a disability, such as Personal Budgets, accessing grants or finding PA’s.
