Ex 1: Draw a graph to represent the situation.
Caleb begins walking slowly but then stops to talk with a friend. After a few minutes he continues walking, gradually increasing his speed. Slows down. Talks to friend and is stopped. Speed continues steady over time. Starts walking again.

Closure Jim is riding his bike. He starts off increasing his speed slowly. He then goes at the same speed for a while. He picks up speed then slows down and stops. Draw a graph to represent this situation.
