A 69-year-old man with renal failure since 2014 who had a sinus rhythm with 1o AV block, QRS 110 ms in February 2016, bradycardia with idioventricular rhythm on May 25, 2017 with QRS 162 ms associated with (K+) 8.1 mEq/L. Following dialysis with a 3K bath, his heart rhythm increased to 80/min, QRS 120 ms, sinus rhythm with 1o AV block. He was managed with a prolonged hemodialysis in 3K dialysate (details in the text).
