Step 1 – Launching a new Partner Search
In order to launch a new partner search you should first click on the “New Partner Search” tab in top menu
7
Step 1 – Launching a new Partner Search
In order to launch a new partner search, you need to login with your username and password. In case you are not registered yet and don’t have a username and a password - click on “Strat Registration”. ** Please note that the registration to the partner search system is separated from the registration to the ETNA2020 website. In order to launch a new partner search - you should register and log-in to the partner search system section in the website.
8
Step 1 – Launching a new Partner Search
If you are logged in with your user name and password you’ll arrive to the “New Partner Search” page, where you will be able to see a manual for proposers on your right and read the explanation about the system. On the left side – you will be able to launch your PS and continue with the procedure.
9
Step 1 – Launching a new Partner Search
To be filled in by Proposer: Proposal Name Simple “Drop-down” menu to choose Call and Topic Project Description Partner Profile Sought Looking for a Coordinator? Proposer Experience in H2020 Colleagues to CC on EOI Relevant NCP Details Submit/Save Draft You will arrive to an empty form to be filled out as your partner search publication please fill in all categories: Full proposal name: If you do not have a project and looking to join a consortium you can write your expertise in short. i.e. Fast charging sustainable infrastructure for EV Call identifier: click on the arrow and choose from a drop down menu the correct Call – this will influence the choices of topics given Topic: click on the arrow and choose from a drop down menu the correct topic – according to the call all the open topics will be shown Type of action+ Evaluation scheme+ Closure date will be filled out automatically according to topic Project description- make sure to fill out as much information possible to best explain your project or the type of project you are looking to join. Make sure you don’t give out information that will give others competitive advantage. Relevance to the Scope is very important, if you are out of scope you should find the correct topic for you. Since the goal is to find good partners - the better you describe their skill and expertise the better the EOIs in your PS will be! If you know only Academy is relevant to your needs, state it! It will only help you get better results. If you have prior experience in H2020 or other R&D Programs- this is the place to emphasis this

Step 1 – Launching a new Partner Search
Shira Lanir Once the proposer has filled out the partner search form and submitted it, it is automatically transferred to the relevant NCP for a review.
11
Step 2 – National Contact Point PS check criteria
The identity of the proposer is given/disclosed The proposed project is within the scope of the Work Programme The proposal description hides key competitive information The outline has the correct level of detail The partner search is relevant for the Transport community The specific call and topic are clearly identified The consortium foreseen (existing + sought partners) is reasonable for selected topic and instrument The description of the “Partner Profile Sought” is well targeted The proposer is not a consultant looking for clients → Publishing the Partner Search by the NCP will make it available for all website viewers and they can start publish EOIs for this partner search proposal
12
Step 3 – EOI (Expression of Interest)
Once PS is published – users in the system are welcome to express their interest in partnering with the proposer. Only after the proposer approves the interested party, the identity of the proposer will be revealed.
13
Summary – Partner Search Procedure
Step1 Step2 The relevant NCP checks the PS and publishes it (or asks for further information) Proposer inserts a new Partner Search (PS) online Step5 PS “end of life” (either by the proposer or as default on call closing date) Step3 Interested partners send EOIs (Expression of interest) to proposers The consortium is being formed Step4 Proposers reply to EOIs (using a standard reply form)
