Reading
Students are practicing words with long and short vowels. Long vowel words contain silent e at the end. (Ie.: hop, hope) SOL 1.6
Writing
Students are practicing putting spaces in between words and spelling sight words correctly. SOL 1.12b, 1.13f
Math
Students are comparing two numbers between 0 and 110 represented pictorially or with concrete objects, using the words greater than, less than, or equal to. Students are also ordering three or fewer sets from least to greatest and greatest to least. SOL1.2b

Studies
Students are learning the difference between goods and services and describing how people are consumers and producers of goods and services. SOL 1.7
