WHAT’S MOVING AND SHAKING… ELECTRONIC FLOW CONTROL
SKC Isothermal Flow Sensor A patented flow control sensor from SKC measures the pressure drop across a tube, compares it to a calibration stored in the pump memory and constantly adjusts the pump motor to maintain the required flow to within +/- 5%.

Measures the flow rate directly and maintains the flow through a closed-loop system Achieves the set flow immediately without a lot of fluctuation and a long settling time Adjusts for variations in temperature and atmospheric pressure

SKC pumps display the flow rate measured by the internal flow sensor. The displayed flow rate on the pump can be verified by an external calibrator and adjusted to match the calibrator.

SKC CalChek® This SKC patented feature allows a CalChek capable SKC pump and Defender calibrator to communicate directly. When connected, the pump adjusts the flow until the displayed values of both agree.
