3. NOTICE “GREYED OUT”

4. HOTMAIL WON’T SEND
When you try to send, you get a yellow “ribbon” message about Spam Control
Click on the blue lettering in the message
Follow the instructions to enter displayed lettering in the box provided
Take care to be exact – upper and lower case and spaces – may be hard to read

5. E-MAIL [ANY] WON’T SEND
Messages stay in the Outbox – is there a problem with my ?
Messages are sent from the Outbox in the order sent – if the first won’t go, neither will any subsequent ones

6. FIRST THING TO TRY
Drag the messages in the Outbox to a spare folder – Junk is good
Click the newest to open and send it again
If it is sent, repeat with the next newest
Keep doing this until you find the one that won’t go
Check this for reason – mistyped address [invalid character] is the most likely reason

8. & SKYDRIVE
Skydrive is data storage in “The Cloud” – a Microsoft offering
If you try to forward an with a link to information stored in Skydrive it may get stuck in the Outbox
If you suspect this take a look at the whole – somewhere you will be told that the information came from Skydrive

9. WHAT TO DO Delete from Outbox – then open the original message:
If text – copy and paste into a new
If pictures – right click on the pictures and “save all”
Save the pictures in a known location
Create a new and attach the pictures
