14. INTERNATIONAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
WHAT: Top level of the competitive events series that includes the winners from the State Leadership conference as well as leadership/Thrive academy participants. WHY: With over 13,000 participants ICDC is culmination of a lot of hard work with the opportunity to win trophies, medals and money. WHEN: April 22-27, 2016 WHERE: Anaheim, CA
