Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Sets strategic/financial direction and priorities for GSA’s overall MAS Program; MAS PMO Lead is Co-Chair and voting member Operational Steering Committee (OSC) Operationalizes MAS strategic vision and coordinates Subcommittee efforts; Raises issues/recommendations to ESC; MAS PMO Lead is non-voting Chair Policy Subcommittee Training Subcommittee Raises issues to OSC and implements MAS initiatives Data Analytics Subcommittee Systems Subcommittee Stakeholder Subcommittee MAS Working Groups Tactical/periodic Subcommittee-specific Working Groups

Transactional Data Reporting (TDR)
Pivot to Optional Options/New Offers that were previously mandatory will be provided a one time opt out Those that opt out will need to provide Commercial Sales Practice to determine a Basis of Award Customer relationship for pricing and are subject to the Price Reductions Clause monitoring again. Contractors that signed the mass mod, not at a renew option period or as a new offer, will not be able to change their answer

Changes to Schedules and SINs
Why do changes to the Schedules and/or SINs occur: Information is out of date or needs to change due to market terminology Request from customers to streamline buying Introduction of new services or supplies to the market What is required to change: Business Case Small Business Analysis Record

FSSI Update Currently the MAS PMO is working with the various FSSI groups to review the current FSSI BPAs and the various future options we have.
