The interview process was not outlined. With Greenhouse… We can clearly see where all candidate are at any given time, and set up alerts to make sure we contact everyone in a timely manner, ensuring we make great hires quickly and candidates have a positive experience. Scorecards will allow us to maintain a consistent interview process across all candidates and make more data-based decisions. Why did we choose Greenhouse? - Reduce the # of candidates that reduce on-site, saving energy and time.
5
What will Greenhouse help us do?
Greenhouse will help us… Define and know who you’re looking for Develop a structured hiring and interview process Make evidence-based decisions about candidates Build a recruiting culture Deliver a great candidate experience Ultimately bringing the best possible talent to our team.
