2 Resignation Employee Notice:There is no change for the employees of Huawei business , Follow Huawei's Customer Requirements Process. Employee sends Resignation mail to direct Manager Direct Manager If retention fails, Initiate resignation application. After BU manager approval, transfer the approval to assistant(Rani). Business Assistant (Rani) 1.When recived the approval ,forward to Local HR(Lakshmi) 1 month before the last working day. Local HR (Lakshmi) Handle the Resignation process. 1.When reviced the approval ,Inform HQ HR(lily) stop slary process in time. 2. Print the attached 2 forms and let employee to fill the forms and get approval signature .After the forms finished, file them together with their offer, contract, etc. HQ HR (Sherry Guo&lily) 1.Stop salary for the employee whose last working day is later than 15th and will pay next month. 2.Close employee account in our company.
