2. Step One - BEFORE
Before you import any grades or assessment PLEASE ensure…
Grading has been moderated across year group
Written comments have been proofed and edited
Rubrics have been proofed and edited (if applicable)
This should all be done in a word document.
In order for the parents to receive a STL notification on Friday of any assessment completed – you need to have everything uploaded and “live” by 9am on Friday. More about this later…

3. Go to your STL homepage and click on CLASSES

4. Choose your class and click on the 3 dots

Click on your assessment task - this takes you to the “enter data” page

7. Select the grade (if applicable) and cut and paste comment in.
Step Three – Enter Data
Select the grade (if applicable) and cut and paste comment in.

8. Step Three – Enter Data
Grade and comment will automatically be saved as a draft.

9. Step Four - “Publishing”
When you are ready to PUBLISH your drafts click on the three dots near the title of the assessment.

Click on “publish drafts”

Click on “publish all”

12. Step Five- “Go Live”
WHEN you are ready to make the assessments “go live” and be visible to parents…click on the three dots again and press MODIFY

13. Step Five- “Go Live”
Check all the correct information is included (curriculum, weighting description etc).
If “going live” for a Friday (to be included in the STL notification) THEN change the publish and due dates to the date of the Friday.
Change the publish and due times to 9am.
We suggest you finalise this by EOD Thursday.
At the latest this needs to be done by 9am on the Friday.

14. Step Five- “Go Live”
FINALLY – change the visibility to Staff, Students and Parents and click on UPDATE.
