Arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport in July 4th （Pick-up Service was provided by friendly RUC volunteers);
Reached RUC by subway (Airport line – Line 10 – Line 4);
Available Choices: Taxi (approximately CNY 150)
Check-in in International Culture Exchange Center (near the east gate of RUC);

SINGLE ROOM：
With private lavatory and bathroom;
TV and LAN available;
Provide bedding;
Provide room service;
Public washing machine (like UM);
Wardrobe (with hangers) and desk;

Toiletries;
Shampoo and body wash;

Convenient traffic (near Line 4 “Renmin University” station, several bus lines and easy to hail a taxi);
Easy to shopping (mini-market in the exchange center, shops in the campus and supermarkets & shopping centers nearby);
Different kinds of restaurants and snack bars

Classrooms and teaching equipment are different in different teaching buildings (some are good and the others are just so so);
Professors are humorous and responsible;
All lectures were given in English;
Students’ performances are evaluated by multi-methods (presentation, paper, paper-base examination, etc.)

8. TRIP COSTS Tuition Fee: 5000RMB Registration Fee: 600 RMB
Flight (BEIJING –SHANGHAI) :1032 RMB
Accommodation: 3600RMB (120/day for 30 days)
Diet: about RMB per day
Transportation: about 200 RMB in total (cheap ticket price of public transports)
Souvenirs: About 1000 RMB

9. SOME TIPS
Pay attention to the venue of the courses you choose, RUC has a really big campus
In China, vehicles driving in the right side of the road
Do not forget to get your certificate for participate in ISS before you leave RUC
