2. Introduction
Earth’s population is increasing exponentially. There is only one option left...find another planet. With new technology we have found and made life on Mars. Here, we will make a new colony to save mankind.

Freedom Rights
Freedoms to associate (talk to whoever but has to be peaceful)
Freedom to practice religion
Freedom of thought and belief
Democratic Rights
you can vote for whoever but you are forced to vote and you have to be educated on true facts
Privacy rights
You have the right o none can violate your privacy unless there is a reasonable reason
Equality rights
everyone is treated with respect and can be who they want to be
Everyone is treated the same
Mobility Rights
you can travel everywhere you want unless you have a bad criminal record
Right to move and live where you want

5. Minors Rights
Minors can still have most of the rights in the previous slide except for teh ones that might danger citizens safety and theirs.
Cannot vote 14 and under
Cannot drink till 18
Cannot drive till 16

6. Land Rights
-Instead of having collective rights you have land rights. If you buy a piece of land on mars you get a document saying that you own it. With that document no one can intrude or take your land away from you. You can do whatever you want with your land as long you're not harming anything ( etc. hunting endangered species).
-Mars will be split into 3 sections. You can live in anyone of the 3 sections. It doesn't matter what your culture is or anything else. You must be able to get along with everybody because my Mars colony will have great diversity.

7. Language Rights
Once again, instead of collective rights there are Language Rights. In the 3 sections of Mars will have the 1 main language. Everyone will have to know how to speak fluently in the language. Everything will be in the language, signs, schools, government. If you want to, you can still keep your language. And keep it going throughout the family. You can teach your kids your original language as long as the y know the official language.

8. Punishments Kids Adults
YRA (Youth rehabilitate act) If adults break the law they can go to jail or get counseling
- The main job to rehabilitate, but if you have done 3 serious crimes you are sent
for the YRA is to rehabilitate back to earth
the youth.
-Youth 16 under cannot go
to jail, and can't get adult punishment.
-If youth does not complete his/hers
charge multiple times they can be sent
back to Earth

If you want to go to mars then you need to do all of the following-
A reason on why you want to leave Earth
Needs to know the official language
Have a certain amount of money
Needs to past high school/or good education
Clean criminal record or not a bad one
Need to have a skill/job that will help support the colony
Need to fill a checklist about how you will help colony
Take test on Mars colony
Swear to oath

11. Family class
If you relative is on mars and you would like to live with them you would have do these following things. This is more of an advantage because you will have to do less to get on mars since you have your family to support you.

If you are forced to leave your home because of war or for another reason you can be chosen to come to mars with these exceptions-
Can't have bad criminal record
Can't have have your relative be a terrorist
Needs to know the official language
Need to know what job you are gonna do

13. How many citizens Each year Pros
Every year my colony will take 1,300 more human, and it will be an even amount of men and women. Every age is allowed on Mars, but you have to be 18 and older to go without your parental guidance.

14. Finances
You will get a card showing your status and saying you are a citizen of mars. With this card it gives you free health care, and everyone will get insurance. You must pay your taxes. Illegal immigrants will be forced to come out of hiding and become a Mars citizen
