2 Goal Develop and implement effective, outcomes-based stormwater education and outreach programs to meet federal requirements and satisfy local environmental and economic needs.

3 Participating Communities
These municipalities encompass over 2,000 square miles of land with approximately 300,000 residents.

5 Communication is the Key!
Liaison with SCDHEC Biannual meetings Monthly E-News Website: Database for MS4 reporting Annual Report Programming has changed since ’05 As the group has grown and also dynamic (new staff, etc.) – we’ve had to work very hard with communicating to all MS4 members especially when only meeting twice per year E-news monthly communication with “clients”

Conducted to guide the planning of future stormwater educational activities offered by the core education providers during the second 5-year NPDES Phase II permit cycle.
