TONE=EMOTION Using Common Emoticons convey the tone (write the emoticon and the feeling on your board) We could really use all that rain for our crops! I just washed my car, and then it rained! Recess was cancelled due to rain. School was cancelled due to rain. It hardly ever rains at this time of the year. Rain, rain go away. I LOVE when it rains! Cheryl Martin, 2011
