3. Guided Inquiry Lab: 5 steps
Identify a something about the apparatus that can be manipulated in a quantifiable way. (IV)
Identify what about the event/motion would be changed in a quantifiable way. (DV)
Predict the functional way in which the IV affects the DV.
Design an experiment to test your hypothesis.
Graph your data and generate a mathematical model of your graph.
