NCAA Transcript Requests
For Schools using eDocs

Flow Chart for NCAA Requests
Student registers with NCAA Task is added (request transcript) Parchment Student provides identifying info Student confirms their HS and submits request Succeed Counselor sees document request Counselor fulfills request – transcript is sent to NCAA

1. Go to NCAA Eligibility Center
Google “NCAA eligibility” to quickly get the link.

2. Log in to Account If the student hasn’t created and account and registered, they should click on the phone (see red circle). If the student HAS created an account, they will log in using the boxes in the upper right corner (see yellow circle)

The words “click here” are not currently highlighted, but they are hypertext. The NCAA is working to make this text stand out so that students will know this is where they need to click in order to get to the page where they can request a transcript. Click on this text to trigger the next step

7. Parchment landing page
Students have the option of creating an account, which will save some time if they have future requests, or continuing without creating an account.

8. Fill in personal info NCAA reports that one of the biggest problems they are seeing is that PARENTS are filling in this form and the parents are listing their own information – not the student’s – when they complete the forms. This form must be completed with the STUDENT’S name and personal information. Only first name, last name, gender, and date of birth are required. Everything else is optional.

9. School info Students do no have to check this box, but doing so will make it easier for the NCAA to request final transcripts.
