The result of this project is a tool that can be used by decision makers throughout Kentucky to analyze transportation improvements that affect everyone living in or passing through Kentucky. Census Bureau data was a necessary input used to develop the KYSTM. Without the data, it may have been impossible to replicate the detail available from the Census Bureau.
