Questions: How many LTELs are there in Riverside County Schools? What percent of the total EL population are LTELs? What is the district redesignation rate? Analysis based on data from: 2011 administration of the California Standards Test (CST). calculation of AYP. 2010 and 2011 administration of the CELDT. and calculation of Title III AMAOs.
