6. Login Go to http://cme.doubleapaper.com
and use the username and password to log-in

7. Home page (1)
After log-in, the system will redirect to homepage where you can see your relate proposals. And you can manage your profile by click at the triangle menu
1. View and edit your profile
2. Change password (require to change password after first login)
3. Download the user manual
4. Log Out (require to click log out especially the public computer)

Standard template of CME system will show the menu on the top. The contact and support document link will be show in bottom right.

9. Home page (3) There are 3 menus for the management team as below,
1. Home page > Go to home page where you can view your relate proposal
2. Search Proposal > Search all proposal in the system
3. Budget > For the accounting and Marketing team to manage the country budget

10. Home page (4) At the home page, there will show your relate proposal
that show in different table/process.

11. Home page (5) The proposal in each table will show as below,
1. Proposal Waiting for Your Approve
2. Proposal Waiting for Your Comment
3. Proposal Waiting for Your Acknowledge
4. Your Draft Proposal
5. Your Related Proposal
6. Latest Approved Proposal
7. Latest Rejected Proposal
8. Budget Waiting for Your Reallocate/Revise Additional Budget
9. Budget waiting for your approval
10. Latest Rejected Budget - waiting for your revision
11. Latest Approved Budget
For the management who are show in the proposal relate parties, kindly focus the proposal that show in table no.1,2,3 and 5. You should be click at the proposal name to review the proposal and support the proposal as your authorize.
The green topic for the Accounting and Marketing team to revise the budget

12. Home page (6) The proposal detail will show as below,
1. Proposal’s country
2. Proposal name – You can click at proposal name to view full proposal detail
3. Channel
4. Sub-Channel
5. Request date – Submit proposal date
6. Requester

13. View Proposal (1) To view the proposal, there will show 5 parts,
1. Proposal Detail
2. Budget Control
3. Key Account Detail (if any)
4. Webboard & Comment
5. Proposal Relate Parties

14. View Proposal (2) View – Proposal Detail
Show the proposal detail and you can download full proposal by click at the green link.

15. View Proposal (3) View – Budget Control
Show the budget detail in each particulars

16. View Proposal (4) View – Key Account Detail
If the proposal proposed in Bookstore/Cooperate Reseller/OAIT or Stationary the key account detail will show.

17. View Proposal (5) View - Webboard
Show the webboard part, where the relate parties can comment with the attachment.

18. View Proposal (6) Relate Parties
Show the relate parties role (Approve/Comment/Acknowledge) status and action date

the proposal button will show under the relate parties part by show different button as the proposal status and the proposal viewer.

20. 1 2 3 View Proposal (7) For the management, can see only 3 types.
1. To approve or reject the proposal
2. To Acknowledge
3. Proposal are in other step

21. View Proposal (7) 1
1. Show the Approve and Reject button when the viewer’s role is “Approve” . The system will wait the completely approval in step 1 (previous step) before forward to the approver in step 2 or next step.

2. Show the Acknowledge button when the viewer’s role is “Acknowledge”.

3. When the proposal are in the previous step or through your step, there will show only Cancel button.

24. View Proposal (9)
For the user who has a role as comment, you should be give any comment in the webboard at least 1 comment. Then the system will update your status as “Commented”

25. Search Proposal Search Proposal
The rest proposal that didn’t show on the home page, You can search by click at “Search Proposal” and the result will show as the below picture. Click at proposal name to view the proposal detail.
Note : The proposal name will show as link only the proposal that you can view.

26. Note
The proposal cannot completely approval if missing the approval or comment from some relate party.
Incase, anyone reject the proposal or the requester edit/revise the proposal. The system will send to ask approval from step 1 again
Incase, the requester edit/revise the proposal detail and submit, The system will send to ask approval from all step again.
