3 Objective Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance (APSIG) intends to serve Internet governance Internet governance experts and leaders in Asia Pacific on their professional upgrades and collaboration. APSIG collaborates with national SIGs and IGFs in Asia Pacific which serve several thousand Internet governance practitioners on their capacity development through introductory, general and advanced courses.

Offer courses on the Internet governance for IG leaders and experts Collaborate with other SIGs and IGFs through All SIG Meetings. Offer APSIG/Amazon fellowships for IGF participation

12 Issues 1. How to serve several hundred Internet governance leaders and experts who need professional upgrades every 4-5 years? APSIG could serve only 40 participants at each annual APSIG course. 2. How to support SIGs and IGFs in Asia Pacific which offer courses for Internet governance practitioners and students? 3. How to secure lecturers who are “best in Asia and the world”? 4. How to secure stable funding? 5. How to collaborate globally?
