Java 7 Update 5 released – Bug fixes: “netAddress.getLocalHost().getHostName() returns FQDN”, Timezone updates, hotspot arguments, 14 security fixes. Regresssions: OOM Permgen Exception causes VM to exit, jar –x file permissions aren’t maintained
Java 1.6_33 released – 14 security fixes, regression in x-domain reference to XML files from applets & jar -x doesn’t maintain original file permissions
