Sort
The default sort will be alphabetical ascending in the sequence of the columns selected to display. This can be changed to ‘Descending’ if required. Leave blank if no different sorting is required.
Aggregation
Always consider using ‘Sum’ aggregation to return the summation/ total of a series of numerical values, grouped by the unique combination of selected non-numerical data items.
Breakdown By
Use this option for value columns to be split out into separate columns by another value.
For example, if you have shipments arriving in multiple ports, include Shipment number and then select Breakdown By Shipment Arrival Port Code to see one column for each port.
