2. About…
Government of India started a flagship scheme PMKVY (Pradan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) under MSDE (Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship)
This Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry- relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood
Individuals with prior learning experience or skills are also assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).Training & Assessment fees under this scheme are completely paid by the Government
Richa Global Exports Pvt. Ltd. has taken the lead and tied up with Sentio Advisory Initiative Pvt. Ltd. to provide this certification to maximum number of workers in their facilities, So that the workers could gain individual benefit after getting formally certified for their skills. First round of this scheme has already been executed in three of the units i.e. A 41, 232 & 294.
The holder of this certificate is recognized by Govt. of India, SSC (Sector Skill Council) and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) as equivalent to Class 12th passed individual (Higher Secondary) 2
