NEP Program Assistant 2017 Performance Evaluation Process and Timeline
September 29 NEP assistants have all reports completed including family folders, NEERS, and KERS, and success stories. Assistants provide a printed copy of the NEERS Quarterly checklist for supervising agent use in completing the Goals and Objectives worksheet and their performance evaluation (PE). October 2-13 Supervising agent reviews program assistant NEERS Quarterly checklist for accuracy and uses the checklist data to complete the Goals and Objectives worksheet. These tools are used in the performance evaluation process. Suggested that area agents review the NEERS Quarterly checklist and Goals and Objectives worksheet prior to supervising agent completing the performance evaluation. See area agent for new hire rubric if assistant employed less than 15 months or has been on FMLA. Supervising agent submits PE via “live” pdf form that will come from Leslie McCammish. It is due on or before October 18th.
