4 The MC3 Implementation Plan: Answering 6 Questions
Who will teach the MC3 and where will the program be located? Who are all the organizations partnering with the Building Trades Council in delivering the MC3? How will the program be funded and what is the source of those funds? How many people will be trained and what is the start/end date for the training? What is the name of the Council representative who will attend the required Train-the-Trainer course? Where and how will successful graduates be placed in Building Trades Registered Apprenticeship programs, assuming they meet other requirements?

5 Tips for successful implementation Planning
Cultivate a relationship with the local Building Trades Council Answer the six questions as best you can to get the ball rolling Establish mutual accountability in the refinement of drafts of the plan Anticipate doing most of the work to pull the plan together

6 Implementation Plan: 4 Steps to completion
Step #1: Cultivate a relationship with the local Building Trades Council Step #2: Start by answering the six questions as best you can and cycle back to the Building Trades Council representative Step #3: Finalize the implementation plan with the local Building Trades Council representative Step #4 Submit the implementation plan to for final approval
