3 Report Card Addendum To be used if teaching an area not reported on the report card such as K-2 Art, etc. Some content areas are not at all schools/grade levels which is necessary for placing on report card Word Doc is customizable Work Habits & Social Development are optional and may be deleted Attach to student report cards Matthew
