2. 1. Insert the field Photo, Data Type: OLE.

3. 2. On the Datasheet View, point the mouse pointer on photo field area then right-click.
Then select Insert Object option. 3

4. 4. On window, select Create New.

5. 5. Then select Bitmap Image. The click OK button.

6. 6. The MS Paint window appears on screen.

7. 7. Click on Paste button then click Paste from option.

8. 8. Select or click the picture from Libraries then click Open button.

9. 9. The words ‘Bitmap Image’ will appear on Photo field in datasheet view.
10. Then Save.
