10 RFP Information Submission
For Other Sector Bidders to submit inputs as: Self Assessed Quantity of coal required annually in tonnes for their industry for G10 Grade System will calculate Normative Coal requirement per annum in G10 grade for the Unit as per CEA Norms. Total coal requirement = Sum of coal requirements of individual units.

25 RFP Information Submission
Bidders to also provide input for: Annual quantity of coal from existing FSAs. Grade and Annual Quantity of coal (PRC) available from captive mines. System will calculate balance energy requirement (in Kcal) and displays the maximum quantity of coal the bidder can bid against various grades.

For Cement Sector Bidders to submit inputs as: Capacity of the unit along with Manufacturing process i.e. either wet, semi dry or dry System will calculate Normative Coal requirement per annum in G10 grade for the Unit as per CEA Norms. Total coal requirement = Sum of coal requirements of individual units.

31 RFP Information Submission for CPP
Bidders to submit inputs as: Capacity of Units (MW) Type of Technology – Sub or Super Critical Approved Heat Rate Whether Steam Pressure is equal or more than 150 ata. Whether MDBFP is of 500 MW or more. System will calculate Normative Coal requirement per annum in G10 grade for the Unit as per CEA Norms. Total coal requirement = Sum of coal requirements of individual units.

35 Please Note that Its is mandatory to provide correct and complete information under RFP Information. First Save the information. Documents must be uploaded before submission of the RFP Information. RFP Information must be SUBMITTED. RFP Information once submitted can’t be modified or cancelled.

36 DSC Registration Class III Signing type DSC is required.
Login and click on Register/Verify DSC. Register the DSC of the Authorized Person who will submit online bids. Bids signed with valid and registered DSC will only be accepted. Please refer to DSC Guide on the website for system configuration.

37 Payment of Bid Security and Process Fee
Login to the website and click on e-payment. Choose SCCL to deposit EMD for SCCL auctions Fill up the Form. Print the next page and transfer fund through RTGS as per the print out details.

44 Please note that beneficiary account (ZMSTCLxxxxxx) details contain bidder’s registration number and so bidders are advised to follow the above method only for remittance of fund.

52 Important point related to auction
Auction will be held on rounds. First round will be of 15 Minutes. Subsequent round will be of 8 minutes. Next round takes place only when there is over booking in the present round. To participate in the subsequent round a buyer had to participate in the present round. In case a bidder don’t bid in the present round , them that bidder is not allowed to bid in the next round. In every round you can bid only once. You have to bid only for the quantity you want to book You are permitted to bid within the limited of either EMD submitted or coal required in you EUP which ever lower. A Bidder can not increase his bid in the next round i.e. the bidder have the option to either quote for same quantity or decrease the quantity.
