SITUATION
A beaconsmind client, the Bollag-Guggenheim Fashion Group, needed a mobile app that would also serve as a digital client card for their Gallery multibrand concept stores and Marc O´Polo and GUESS stores. The goal was to reach customers locally at the point of sale with special offers, discounts, or invitations and they needed a way to capture info about customer purchase behavior to improve the shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.

SOLUTION
With Microsoft Azure, beaconsmind was able to connect the Gallery’s new mobile app to its beaconsmind Suite and the client’s POS/CRM system. The app uses Azure Notification Hubs to create campaigns that push text and picture notifications to app users locally. Using Azure Blob Storage, all campaign and customer data is stored securely in the cloud and is accessible from the beaconsmind Suite dashboards.
