What is Concrete ? It implies being particular and clear rather than fuzzy and general. Concreteness strengthens the confidence.

It is supported with specific facts and figures. It makes use of words that are clear and that build the reputation. Concrete message are not misinterpreted.

The sender will write “He is an intelligent boy and got first position in class” – this is so confusing message. The sender writes “ Scarlett got 80% marks in A-Level” –this one is not only specific, but also build a good perception in the readers mind.
